Glycerin is a moisturizer. It is a humectant, which is a substance added to another to
help it retain moisture.
Glyceryl stearate (and) peg-100 stearate
Used as an emulsifier. Glycerol is an
odorless, colorless, syrupy liquid prepared
by the hydrolysis of fats and oils.
Isopropyl Palmitate
This is an emollient/emulsifier. It is
a softening emollient which does not
penetrate into the skin.
Alpha
Lipoic Acid (ALA)
This is nature's most powerful antioxidant and
anti-inflammatory. Alpha lipoic acid is a
completely natural molecule that exists
deep inside every cell in our bodies.
It rejuvenates the cells, thus reducing
wrinkles. It is frequently taken internally
as an anti-aging supplement.
Cetyl Alcohol
This is a vegetable source, not from
the whale. It is an emollient & emulsion
stabilizer.
Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans
Used in cosmetics for their ability to
increase hydration in the cell layers of
the skin, which, in turn, increases the
elasticity and pliability of the skin.
The absence of this lubricating moisturizer
can accelerate the deterioration of the
skin's collagen, resulting in the loss of
elasticity, flexibility, and skin tone.
Fennel Extract
Herbs from fennel flowers, used to soothe
inflamed eyelids.
Ceytyl Lactate
This is an emollient used to improve the feel
and texture of cosmetics.
Polysorbate-80
This is an emulsifier.
Methyl Gluceth-20
This is a humectant, which is a substance
added to another to help it retain moisture.
Carbomer
Cellulose-based thickening and stabilizing
compound. It is an organic gelling agent, a white
powder that reacts with fatty particles
forming thick and stable emulsions.
Triethanolamine(TEA)
Acts as a neutralizing agent to form a gel.
Used to adjust PH. Used in medicines because of its
non-toxicity.
Soluble Collagen
A bio-extract derived from only the highest
grades of hand-selected natural proteins.
Soluble collagen can penetrate the skin to
help it maintain elasticity. Forms a
non-oily barrier that holds moisture
in while letting the skin breathe.
Comfrey Extract
Extracts of the perennial herb. Comfrey has
long been used in herbal medicine. It is
used to heal bruises and as a compress
for eye injuries.
Ginseng Extract
The invigorating root of the Ginseng plant

Allantoin
A conditioning humectant that increases
the water-binding capacity of proteins. It
is a healing agent. It has the ability to help heal

Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E)
(vitamin E derivative) It is used for its
healing and antioxidant properties.

Rose Hips Oil
Extract of fruit of various species of
wild roses. It is rich in vitamin C and
is used as a natural ingredient and
emollient.
Yucca Tincture
Yucca extract comes from the genus of
trees and shrubs belonging to the liliaceae
